Phil Lasley, an Assistant Transportation Researcher with the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, had the honor to represent TTI and present the latest research on National Total Peak-Period Travel Time Performance Measures used in the latest edition of the Urban Mobility Report (UMR).
Phil highlighted the importance of accessibility concerns in addition to traditional mobility measures and described how the new travel time measure can add to the toolbox of performance measurement nationally. Audience members in the packed room asked several questions and seemed extremely interested in the continued innovation coming from the Mobility Analysis group through the UMR.
